hi chain. Today there is nothing too tricky - the theme of "good training" can certainly refer to the type of exercise. And maybe I'm writing this short after a gym trip, so it didn't take long to track down my first answer on the grid: oval.

It revealed the weights directly beneath it, which then exposed the lower spangrams spelled from right to left: Fitness.

In the lower half there were four words to find, and they didn't take too long to reveal. The rower was initially hiding under the letter of the last couple of spangram, and the bike then looked at the bottom.

Its left treadmill extends across the puzzle from right to left, and finally cables to the lower right corner.

Nothing too taxing, but the fun puzzles are all the same.
