New on Netflix: 5 Movies and Shows to Watch This Week (Jan. 29-Feb. 4)

It's almost time to say goodbye to January. Spending time in front of the TV makes another year fly by. So let's check out some new Netflix releases this week.

"Baby Bandito" is one to check out. A young skater turns into a brave thief after figuring out how to steal enough money to support himself and his girlfriend. There's just one problem. He robs a notorious gangster of his money.

"Short Comings" also sounds like fun. A filmmaker and his girlfriend explore who they really are as they navigate the ups and downs of New York City.

There are several others to choose from. There are many more; here's Netflix's daily roundup of this week's new shows.

Kevin's (Nicholas Contreras) mundane life as a skater changes when he meets Genesis (Francisca Armstrong), the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with; to secure their future, Kevin embarks on a heist to steal a large sum of money. He sets his sights on a notorious gang called the Butchers and steals their property, becoming a nationwide fugitive. After Kevin pulls off the heist, their fledgling love story turns into a daring getaway to Rome and beyond... Inspired by a real-life heist in Chile in 2014, this is a surprisingly sweet love story interspersed with criminal activity.
