Strade Bianche Live Stream: How to Watch the 2024 Tuscan Classic

The Strade Bianche, set on the white roads of Tuscany, is only 18 years old, but it is already one of the most popular races on the entire calendar, with all the great riders hoping to win. Because of its beauty and the quality of its past winners, the race is already considered the sixth monument of the sport.

Here's how to watch the live stream of Strade Bianche 2024 from anywhere using a VPN, and for free.

Calls to establish the Strade Bianche as the sixth monument of cycling have grown louder each year: the first edition was held in 2007, and this year marks the 18th edition of the Strade Bianche, which translates as the "White Way."

This gravel road winds through the picturesque Tuscan hills, winding through timeless landscapes lined with tall cypress trees and hilltop villas, leading riders to a finish as iconic as the Roubaix Velodrome. Siena's Piazza del Campo, also famous for horse racing, is the grandest amphitheater imaginable.

This year's race is 215 km with 15 iconic white road sections and a total of 71 km of off-road sections. The sectors vary in length from just 800 meters to 11.9 km and include famous mountains such as Monte Sante Marie, Colle Pinuto and Le Torfe. The final challenge for the riders will be the challenging Via Santa Caterina, a 20% paved road.

Last year's champion, Tom Pidcock, and the 2022 champion, Tadej Pogachar, will return for the first race of the 2024 season. These two will be hot favorites to win, especially since Mathieu Van der Pol and Wout Van Aert have disappeared from the start sheet. Not only the unpredictable nature of the course, but also the fact that Ben Healy (EF Education - Easy Post), Matej Mohoric (Bahrain - Victorious), Christophe Laporte and Sepp Kuss (Team Visma | Lease a Bike), Magnus Sheffield (INEOS Grenadiers) and many other talented players are expected to face stiff competition.

There has been a lot of rain over the past few days and the white surface is muddy.
