Sold Out Replenished with Ps5gamestop - How to Get You When It Comes Back

Currently, finding PS5 restocks is a difficult task, and it is not made any easier by sudden restocks. As an example, late yesterday (February 23) GameStop released a large inventory of PS5s.

GameStop's restocking, which seemed to appear suddenly and without warning, offered both the $499 regular PS5 and the $399 PS5 Digital Edition, as well as various console bundles. Unfortunately, the PS5 restock was short-lived, and as of this writing, there are no more consoles available.

It appears that the individual PS5 consoles sold out first, followed by the more expensive bundles.

We have previously argued that console bundles are not always the best way to buy a new console. And our own Henry T. Casey encountered such frustration when he was caught up in GameStop's flurry of PS5 restocking.

Unfortunately, Casey was unable to get his hands on a PS5, which shows just how overwhelming the demand for Sony's new gaming console is. Sony seems to be "relentlessly" working to increase production of the PS5, but even so, it is unlikely that the inventory shortage will be resolved anytime soon.

If you missed or missed GameStop's late-night PS5 restocking, don't give up hope. It is very likely that retailers will be stocking more PS5s in the not-too-distant future, so be prepared for that.

We recommend keeping an eye on GameStop's Twitter account as well as the PS5 restock tracking post.

It is also best to set up a GameStop account and keep track of payment details and other information so that you can jump in and purchase a PS5 as soon as possible when you spot one in stock. These restocks attract a great deal of attention, and the difference between securing a PS5 order and not will come in a matter of seconds.

Of course, if you are deeply frustrated by the whole effort to secure a PS5, we recommend holding your feet to the fire until the inventory situation is more stable; the PS5 is not overflowing with exclusive games, so you don't really need one just yet.

Wait a few more months and the PS5's most anticipated games will have a better chance of being sold.
