Pricing for Apple's iPhone 12, which is rumored to launch on October 13, has been leaked. The most affordable new iPhone is said to be the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 mini, which will start at just $649.

The price leak comes courtesy of Twitter leaker Apple RUMORs, who posted prices for all iPhone 12 models and their configurations. We do not know the leaker's track record for accuracy or where they got this information, so take the following with a pinch of salt.

First up is the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 mini, available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB, priced at $649, $699, and $799 respectively.

Then there is the standard 6.1-inch iPhone 12, which is said to have the same storage configuration as its smaller sibling. However, due to the larger display, this device will cost $100 more: $749, $799, and $899.

The iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 are said to feature an OLED display, two rear cameras, the powerful A14 Bionic chip, and a new flat-edge design. As such, the price seems reasonable. For comparison, the 6.1-inch iPhone 11 starts at $699, placing it between these two non-professional iPhone 12 models. This leak is also consistent with other iPhone 12 price leaks we have seen in recent months.

At these prices, iPhone 12 devices will face new competition from affordable Android flagships. The newly unveiled Google Pixel 5 offers a slower Snapdragon 765G chip and weighs in at $699, while also featuring dual rear cameras and 5G. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, on the other hand, offers a variety of impressive specs, including a 120Hz display, triple cameras, and a powerful Snapdragon 865 processor for $699.

The iPhone 12 Pro price has increased as expected: the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro is said to cost $999 for the 128GB model, $1,099 for the 265GB storage capacity, and $1,299 for the 512GB model.

The starting price for the iPhone 12 Pro is the same as the iPhone 11 Pro, but this year's model will have twice the storage capacity. And it appears to be cheaper than its predecessor: the 265GB iPhone 11 Pro costs $1,149, while the 512GB version is $1,349.

As for the taller 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max, the 128GB starts at $1,099, the 265GB at $1,199, and the 512GB model at $1,399. Like the smaller iPhone 12 Pro, the 12 Pro Max has the same starting price as the iPhone 11 Pro Max, but twice the storage. iPhone 11 Pro Max has 256GB of storage for $1,249 and the 512GB model for $1,449.

In addition to the A14 Bionic processor and 5G connectivity, the iPhone 12 Pro series should have a third telephoto camera, and one or both of the two Pro models should also have a LiDAR sensor for better camera and augmented reality performance
