Hello Stands fans! Today's puzzle was a bit tricky and probably exposed my lack of versatility in the kitchen. I'm a bit stuck without an oven, a stove, or a microwave. So I could easily figure out the cooking spangram, but I couldn't quite figure out how to do the actual food prep.

A little further down the road, I actually had to use the first word, the POACH clue. This was also to split up the board and make it easier to find other words. I connected COOKING in the middle of the board in the opposite direction.

It worked and I got STEAM in the upper right and SIMMER in the middle of the bottom half. As a result, the way was made for BLANCH.

As a result, it only needed to clear the top left corner, in which three words were hidden: BRAISE was the first to appear, spelling the top row backwards. FLAMBE followed just below it, and finally the answer DEGLAZE was revealed; GLAZE was one of the words I found while saving up the clue points, but it never occurred to me to put "DE" in front of it...) .
