Following the debut of the all-new Sonos Ace headphones, Sonos brought to Mother Nature again the audio know-how by offering the new portable speakers to Sonos Roam2

This includes several features like Automatic Trueplay, which accurately and dynamically sets the best sound for devices in any environment. It is set to provide impeccable bass and sound clarity through key features. 

Play up to 10 hours on a single charge also ensures you never miss a beat while working out with Taylor Swift. Roaming 2 is also not among the best portable speakers without some protection to the environment, so thankfully it comes with a full IP67 rating against dirt, water, etc. 

The Roam lineup has been part of the Sonos audio ecosystem since 2021, and later created the Roam SL at a lower price. Launched at the same price as the previous one, the Sonos Roam2 is set to make its mark against the space's major competitors, mostly to be Sony's newXt field 1. 

Ro179/AU2 set to launch at 299 price points, Roaming 2 invites a new way to experience your favorite music on the go. Aside from its size, it shares a little in the way of a big difference from its previous iteration, but without hesitation for a moment Roaming 2 does bring some more simplified controls and a quick setup to get you to its next Kendrick Lamar diss track soon. 

You can scoop up Sonos Roam2 in a variety of color schemes, including Sunset, Olive, Wave, White, and Black. When it comes to design, Sonos keeps the 2 roaming sleek and easy-transportable, weighing a mere 0.95 pounds at all. 

Roam2 offers up to 10 hours of battery life alongside the proven automatic Trueplay feature found in previous releases. This allows the speakers to be dynamically tuned to their surroundings, ensuring that the music remains crisp and bass heavy in any environment. 

While still not among the best Bluetooth speakers, the Sonos Roam2 offers an interesting new guise to the growing ecosystem of travel speakers. Against competitors like the Competitors150/AU Bose249Bose SoundLink Flex and Sony's new Bluetooth130Field Field1Bluetooth speaker, the Roam2 comes at a fairly hefty premium. 

And with a little upgrade over the previous namesake, Roaming 2 has a huge hill to climb to the consumers swaying to the newly named refresh. It is officially available for order starting today and can be purchased on the Sonos website along with the new Son449/AU6 699Sonos Ace headphones.
