The new leak shows that Samsung Galaxy S24FE is still on the way

Samsung is almost certain to release the Galaxy S24FE in the near future. Between the track record and frequent leaks that have released Fan Edition versions of the last few Galaxy phones, we're sure we'll be able to see an affordable phone for too long.

X's Tarun Vats (via Phone Arena) discovered the One UI test build for the Galaxy S24FE, which all confirms that it's coming too long ago. In general, the appearance of a test build on the phone means that the official announcement is not so late, but the time from the test build to the final announcement is different.

The model number of the test build is SM-S721B, and outside of the model, the leak did not tell much else about the phone. We know it will be a more affordable Galaxy S24 with some intelligent cuts to lower the price, but until Samsung announces the phone, we can only go by guesses and leaks to figure out what the phone will bring to the table.

In Europe, rather than carrying a Snapdragon chip, it is likely that the phone will be powered by Exynos. We've also heard about the larger battery and the Snapdragon 8GEN3 moving to the S24FE.

Another less promising rumor suggested that the phone would feature an old Qualcomm Snapdragon 8gen2 processor under the hood, so you'll have to wait until the phone's official announcement before you know for sure what performance will be packed.  At the time of writing, Samsung has not announced any significant events where the Galaxy S24FE could be announced, but rather than experiencing the pomp and circumstance of the big event, it is likely that it will be able to launch an affordable flagship in a press release.

Credible rumors suggested that the phone would not launch until the fall of this year, so if that rumor is true, Samsung could announce it in late 2024. Samsung has always brought great value to fan-Editon devices, so we have high expectations for the Galaxy S24FE in some way.

We'd like to see better camera performance, s24-level internal structure, and all the AI features available on the more expensive S24 models.
