NBCUniversal and Roku are teaming up to bring the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics closer to sports fans with the just announced new NBC Olympic Zone on Roku.

The new hub, accessible from the menu on Roku's home screen, will allow Peacock subscribers to easily access comprehensive coverage of the 2024 Paris Olympics streamers, including over 5,000 hours of live event streaming, from their Roku TVs and devices

In addition to following all the action live via this new hub, users can browse lines of curated content of upcoming programming, discover events by sport type, and click on event recaps.

Roku's NBC Olympic Zone will also feature a dedicated replay row, featuring clips and highlight reels, taking users directly into Peacock's immersive viewing experience. Those who want to know the current standings can also view live medal counts at a glance via this new hub.

Along with Roku's new NBC Olympic Zone, Peacock will be launching two new features this summer to help Olympic fans keep up with all the action: Peacock Live Actions, where users can decide which sports and athletes they want to follow during the games and Peacock Discovery Multiview allows subscribers to watch up to four events simultaneously

The Summer 2024 Games will be the first to be fully available on Peacock's live stream, with 329 vast live events will be streamed in real-time. But with Roku's NBC Olympic Zone and these new features, even the most rabid Olympic fan will have no trouble keeping track of the latest standings.

The NBC Olympic Zone on Roku and these new features are scheduled to debut this July, ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, which will take place from July 26 to August 11, 2024.

Unfortunately, due to summer Olympic demand, Peacock prices are on the rise. The ad-supported option will increase in price by $2 to $7.99 per month, and the ad-free option will increase by the same amount to $13.99 per month.

The annual price for the ad-supported Peacock will also increase from $59.99 to $79.99, while the ad-free version will increase from $119.00 to $139.99 annually.

Renewal pricing will apply to new subscribers beginning July 18, and existing customers will see their prices increase on August 17.
