Google is reportedly working on developing a one-touch enhancement option for Google Photos videos. This information was posted on X by Assembledebug, who, after toggling a few hidden flags, enabled the new "Enhance Video" option in Google Photos v6.81.0.628906483.

Once this mode is activated, a button appears next to the Shake Reduction button in the Google Photos editor. Tapping this button will automatically adjust brightness, color, contrast, etc. to improve overall quality. It is currently unknown if this will also apply to the video stabilization effect.

Android Authority reports that the enhancement process can take some time and appears to be based on the length of the original video being enhanced. It is also possible to save the new enhanced video as a copy after the auto-enhancement is applied.
