As we move into March, Paramount Plus is bringing you new original shows and movies, exclusive premieres, and live sports. Of course, there will be tons of new shows and movies added to the vast library.

It may also be a good month to consider upgrading to Paramount Plus on Showtime. While the streaming service's base tier has certainly added a lot of quality content, including the new original film "Little Wing" and all nine seasons of "The King of Queens," many of this month's top picks are exclusive to Paramount's premium tier. This includes the streaming premiere of the critically acclaimed horror film "Raising Grace" and the premiere of the new show "A Gentleman in Moscow" starring Ewan McGregor.

Additionally, if you want to watch the NCAA Men's Basketball Championships this month on March Madness, you'll need Showtime's Paramount Plus. However, if you prefer other sports like the UEFA Champions League, you can watch it with a regular Paramount Plus membership.

This horror film stars Max Eigenmann as Joy, an illegal immigrant from the Philippines. Joy struggles to find work to support herself and her daughter Grace (Jayden Paige Boadilla) until she finds work as a caretaker for Mr. Garrett (David Heyman). Unfortunately for Joy and Grace, Mr. Garrett has a dark secret that he and his niece Catherine (Leanne Best) are hiding.

"Raising Grace" received nearly every accolade from critics and won the Jury Prize for Best Feature Story at SXSW 2023. Not only is it a well-crafted horror film, but it also serves as a poignant social commentary on class divides.

Premiered March 6 on Paramount Plus and Showtime

In this original Paramount Plus film, Brooklyn Prince plays Caitlin. One day, her best friend proposes a strange solution - to steal a precious pigeon.

The trailer for Little Wing is a quirky comedy mixed with drama, perhaps doubling as a coming-of-age story. It also features Brian Cox as a precious pigeon owner who befriends Caitlin and helps her through a tumultuous time in her life.

Premiered March 13 on Paramount Plus

Starring Ewan McGregor, this new TV series is an adaptation of Amor Towles' 2016 novel. In "A Gentleman in Moscow," McGregor plays the fictional Count Alexander Ilyich Rostov, a member of the Russian aristocracy. The film takes place after the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 and follows Rostov's life after he is placed under house arrest in a Moscow hotel room.

This historical drama has serious potential as an examination not only of life in both imperial and communist Russia, but also of the psychological state of those under house arrest. It is also a chance to see the husband and wife duo of McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead in action, with her as Anna Urbanova.
