The Amazon Echo Pop is a smaller speaker that is the little brother of the Amazon Echo Dot. It features the Alexa voice assistant, which allows you to control music playback, ask general questions, and even manage your smart home devices with just your voice.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of Alexa-enabled smart home devices that can be paired with the Echo Pop, but the Govee Smart Light Bulbs are among my favorites. Like other smart light bulbs, they attach to existing lamps and light fixtures. First connect to Wi-Fi with the Govee Home app and sync your Govee with your Alexa account to get the full smart home experience.

Govee's lights display 16 million colors, so you can ask Alexa to make changes or use the app to control each bulb in detail. All of the bulbs can also be connected together to display a light scene, combining slightly different colors to appear cohesive. In addition, each bulb can cycle through all sorts of colors for an on-demand light show.
