Apple Prime Day2021 Deals - 6 Biggest Sales Expected

There was a time when Apple fans were advised to avoid Prime Day deals. At the time, Amazon's Apple products were mediocre, losing out to Wal-Mart and Best Buy. However, things have changed dramatically, and we expect Prime Day 2021 to offer the best Apple sales of 2021.

Not all Apple products will be on sale. Mobile carriers, not Amazon, remain the place to go for iPhone deals. However, MacBooks, iPads, AirPods, and even the new iMac M1 could see significant price cuts this Prime Day. Here is what we expect.

Apple's least expensive laptops will likely be even cheaper on Prime Day. Last year on Prime Day, the 2020 MacBook Air dropped to an all-time low of $849. This year, we predict that the MacBook Air M1 could be as low as $849. The base model has already hit $899 several times, so a price tag of $849 is not unrealistic. On the other hand, they expect the 512GB model to drop at least $100 to $999.

The new MacBook Pro M1 could be considered the twin of the MacBook Air. However, the MacBook Pro has a built-in fan that allows the laptop to maintain high performance for extended periods of time. The screen is also slightly brighter than the MacBook Air. In recent weeks, the base model has hit an all-time low of $1,149, $150 off. On Prime Day last year, Amazon only reduced the price of the MacBook Pro by $100. Times have changed, however, and this Prime Day Amazon is likely to slash the price of the M1 MacBook Pro by $200. Meanwhile, the 512GB model is already $200 off, so we can expect both models to be $200 off. This will be the best MacBook sale of the year.

Deals on AirPods Pro have been a dime a dozen recently. However, significant price drops are expected on Prime Day. For example, the AirPods Pro could be $169 by Prime Day. If that happens, it would be in line with the low Black Friday price. On Prime Day, however, it is expected to be $149. Meanwhile, Amazon is expected to cut the price of the AirPods Max by at least $50. Amazon has been sneaking price cuts on non-holiday days in the past. This could be the first major deal since the headphones' launch. As for the traditional AirPods, we can expect the base model to drop to $99 and the AirPods with wireless charging case to $129.

The iPad Air is the tablet we all want, but it's not cheap. Fortunately, Prime Day will help make the iPad Air somewhat more affordable. For most of this year, the base model has sold for $559. This is just $20 away from the lowest price ever. On Prime Day, Amazon will likely drop the price again to $539 or even $529. Meanwhile, the base 10.2-inch iPad will likely drop from $329 to $279. For most of this year, Amazon has been selling it for $299. The problem is that Amazon doesn't have much inventory of the 10.2-inch iPad, so it will sell out fast; if the iPad goes below $279, it is expected to sell out faster than the PS5 game console. Meanwhile, the new iPad Pro with the M1 CPU is expected to be at least $50 off.

We've been tracking Apple Watch deals since the launch of the original Apple Watch, and trust us when we say that Amazon has the best discounts. To date, the lowest price we've seen for the Apple Watch 6 is $249, a discount of $150. This deal took place at an undetermined time in March and sold out in less than 24 hours; Amazon is expected to offer this price again, but it is expected to be on the RED model. Other colors may be discounted by $50 or $70, but that's still a respectable price. The Apple Watch 3, on the other hand, could be reduced to $159 or $149 with a more modest price cut. However, we still shouldn't expect inventory to continue at this price point.

We would love to see a generous discount on the new iMac M1. Unfortunately, we don't expect to see a discount of more than $50 or perhaps $100. If that's still over your budget, we suggest you opt for the Mac mini M1. The bite-sized Mac dropped to $599 (base model) earlier this week, the lowest price ever for Apple's cheapest Mac computer. We predict it will be in this price range again during Prime Day. Meanwhile, the 512GB model will likely be $799 again, which is also an all-time low by $100.
