It's been a busy day for Xbox Series X restocking. However, if you've been waiting for Microsoft to stock up on their inexpensive consoles, Best Buy has the Xbox Series S restocked.

For a limited time, Best Buy is offering the Xbox Series S for $299, the first restock of the Xbox Series S in weeks. (The last time it was in stock, it sold out quickly.)

In our review of the Xbox Series S, we noted that, although less capable than the Xbox Series X, the Xbox Series S remains an impressive product.

Certainly, games look better on the more powerful Xbox Series X, but the Xbox Series S renders characters, backgrounds, and items brilliantly. In "Yakuza" Furthermore, the frame rate did not drop significantly on either platform.

In general, the Xbox Series S upscales content to 4K beautifully.
