Nintendo has released a special edition of the Nintendo Switch. The Mario Red and Blue Edition of its iconic plumber-themed Nintendo Switch is almost guaranteed to sell out quickly. While the regular edition Switch is extremely hard to come by, the limited edition model is likely to become a collector's item by the end of the year.

The Nintendo Switch Mario Red and Blue Edition, released to celebrate the release of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Wrath, is, as the name suggests, a limited edition red and blue version of Nintendo's hugely popular home and handheld console hybrid.

It's definitely more red than blue, as the Joy-Con controller, dock, and Switch itself are all colored a deep shade of red.

The bundle also comes with a Mario-themed carrying case, perfect for when you want to take the Switch outside, adding even more value to this package.

If you want to play "Super Mario 3D World + Bower's Fury" or any of the other Mario classics available on the Switch, such as "Mario Odyssey" or "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe," you will need to purchase them separately.
