You may have been waiting since 2015 for “Wolf Hall,” the second and final chapter in Hilary Mantel's trilogy: but as Henry VIII painstakingly understood, patience is a virtue. Some of the cast members have been replaced (Timothy Spall replaces the late Bernard Hill), but it remains a stellar ensemble, all held together by the wonderful Mark Rylance as the era-defining Cromwell.
