From the creators of the hit Irish thriller “Smother,” “Blackshore” follows Lieutenant Ruthie as she re-familiarizes herself with a community she never intended to return to and faces the trauma of her past. The sole survivor of a murder by her father that took the lives of her entire family, Fia fled the small town of Blackwater at the first opportunity. [Twenty years later, she finds that the town has changed thanks to a local whiskey distillery. Just as it was then, people's eyes are focused on the DI as new crimes rock the community. And as is usual for a brooding detective with a dark past, the latest string of crimes may have unexpected connections to those of 20 years ago.
