Hello Strands fans! Today's theme “We're in this together” doesn't really ring a bell. In fact, I only understood its meaning when I happened to grab the SWARM in the upper right corner while looking for clues in the section above.
I saw the word “GROUP” spelled from left to right and thought it might be part of the spangram. Sure enough, I was able to expand it to GROUPNAME; SWARM was either bees or locusts.
Moving to the bottom half, he found PACK (dog) in the lower left corner and KNOT (frog) just above it.
There were two more left in the lower right, intertwined, and it took me a while to separate them. Eventually I found HERD (various mammals), leaving COLONY (ants) to complete the puzzle.
