Presumably, Meta was planning to announce the Quest 3S at the Connect event starting September 25

The headset, which appears to be the Quest 3S, is slightly different from the current Quest 3, especially in the design of the front-facing camera Instead of the pill-shaped camera cut seen on current headsets, what is speculated to be the Quest 3S has two sets of three lenses clustered on the front of the device
