Banjo is called in to help two small island businesses that sell produce using honesty boxes First up is Jamie and Mary, a married couple selling sandwiches out of an honesty box The couple enlisted Banjo's help to make their food honesty box stand out and attract tourists, and he entrusted Lisa and Tom with a unique design project And in the Outer Hebrides, Banjo helps Donna and her ice cream business in South Uist She is currently using an old livestock trailer and wants Banjo to help her build something more imaginative and fun

Artist Mike and his teacher wife Kate moved to Iona 20 years ago and now run Iona Wool, selling ethical local wool products and crafts Because of their beautiful colors, Mike and Kate don't like to add much color to their store, but their banjo designs are often dark and colorful

Banjo is working on a unique brief for the Western Isles Hotel in Tobermory, on his home island of Mull Overlooking the harbor, this iconic hotel has been welcoming guests to the Isle of Mull for over 140 years But over the years it has lost some of its luster, and Banjo is faced with a unique design brief
Episode 6: The Crofts of South Uist (BBC iPlayer)
The Crofts DJ and his partner Lindsay have lived and worked in South Uist for generations The couple hopes to turn the unloved wind-swept garage into a homey croft store where they can sell their produce The tasteless building has no character or charm, so Banjo and team must work from scratch to transform this empty space
