Prime Video has released the first trailer for Amazon MGM's new action comedy film, Brothers
My first reaction? This looks upsetting My second reaction? What an amazing cast
“Brothers” stars Peter Dinklage and Josh Brolin As Dinklage's character says, they come from “a long line of felons” who want to pull another heist on their twin brother after he is suddenly awakened in the middle of the night by a menacing Brendan Fraser
But his brother has no desire to continue his life of crime He is now part of the family and the new homeowner Despite this, Dinklage convinces Brolin to go for one last score
This trailer is absurd from beginning to end Fraser starts the trailer by throwing Dinklage across the room, or Brolin ends the conversation by saying he needs to go to the bathroom The movie looks ridiculous
But nothing compares to the trailer, where you will see Marisa Tomei acting insane She seems to be Dinklage's former (maybe current?) lover She seems to be Dinklage's former (maybe current?) lover, but who knows what their relationship is, given that their “private time” is a combination of fight-fighting and dancing In one scene, she instructs someone (looks like Brendan Fraser) to “suck my (her) balls,” which is probably the only moment I can glean from this trailer
“Brothers” will be temporarily released in select theaters on October 10 and will be released a week later on Prime Video on October 17
Perhaps the biggest selling point of “Brothers” is its talented cast It features an Emmy Award winner (Dinklage), two Academy Award nominees (Brolin and Glenn Close), two Academy Award winners (Tomei and Fraser), and the aforementioned primates
The full cast of Brothers, based on what can be read from the trailer and published information, is as follows
