Strava Releases New Feature, Available to All Users - 5 Things You Can Now Change with Quick Edit

Did you know that personalized activity titles on Strava are four times more likely to get kudos than generic labels like “Morning Run” or “Evening Ride”? With Strava's new Quick Edit feature, you can open the Strava app and make changes immediately after an activity is uploaded

The best part? Quick Edit is available to all Strava users, not just paid members That means anyone can easily adjust privacy settings, customize activity titles, and hide specific workout details with just a few taps Whether you're chasing kudos or want more control over what you share, the quick edit feature will come in handy for everyone at some point in their activity logging journey

If you are considering upgrading to Strava Premium (which we currently rate as one of the best running apps) and have other Strava users in your circle, you may want to consider the Family Plan membership option that will launch this year You might want to consider it But for now, let's take a look at what Quick Edit means for your Strava experience

Strava's Quick Edit streamlines activity management and sharing Now you can tweak your settings right after a workout is synced, whether it's hiding details or showing off your workout Here are 5 ways to tweak your activity with Quick Edit:

Quick Edit is available as soon as you open the app and your activity is synced to Strava The app will display the Quick Edit screen, from which you can instantly change the details of your workout If no adjustments are made, the default settings are automatically applied

If you want to customize it further, simply click Advanced Edit from the same Quick Edit screen Here you can record the gear you were wearing, add private notes, adjust the sport type, specify the type of workout, and adjust the map style to your liking
