Hello Strands fans! A simple and nice one today, the theme of "Back to nature" is about being outdoors and enjoying nature...

At this point I thought it might involve something in the hunter-gatherer space.

However, I found an OUTDOORSY spangram around the middle and realized it was about activities enjoyed in the great outdoors. I then found HIKE on the left side of FORAGE and completed the top half of the grid along STARGAZE from there.

Turning to the bottom section, I found CAMP above FISH and then BIRDWATCH snaking its way to the top. This left only SWIM as the puzzle.
