In the remote, sultry wilderness of northern Queensland, Ted meets Amanda Farrell (Nicole Shamoon), an eccentric private investigator with a criminal record and a complicated past. [The two form an unlikely partnership as they confront their respective pasts and solve local crimes together. Amanda's quirky mannerisms and Ted's brooding demeanor make for a dynamic and compelling team that navigates the dangerous tropical environment and the secrets behind the cases.

"Troppo" is currently receiving a respectable 100% from six critics' reviews and 80% from viewers on Rotten Tomatoes. Season 2 scores are not yet available, but these ratings could change over time. So far, it appears that only praise has been received.
