Hello Strands fans, 150 games! If you've been playing since the beginning, good job (I'm a relative latecomer, having started this column with Strands #44). I'm sure I've improved in that time, but I had a hard time getting a clue as to the first answer to today's topic, "staying power."

When I found the word GLUE, I chastised myself. The word was actually part of spangram: the next one I got was STICKYSTUFF.

From there it was easy: ADHESIVE was just above the end of the spangram, followed by TAPE. Then we found EPOXY in the lower right corner, leaving only BUBBLEGUM in the lower half.

Only one word remained in the top row, and I had to decipher the anagram of RACAELM, and to be honest, I hesitated. But eventually I got there: it is CARAMEL!
