This page tells us two things about the upcoming Xbox mobile store: first, that Microsoft may be preparing to launch a new store, and that this web page could contain a lot of details about the new app store This means that.

Initially, the mobile store was supposed to launch as a web page, but this will definitely be the landing page for the entire Xbox mobile catalog.
