The story explores the darker side of human nature and the struggle between good and evil. His search leads him to a series of bizarre events related to a sinister urban legend known as “The Empty Man.”

According to the legend, someone finds an empty bottle on a bridge, breathes into it, and thinks of the Empty Man, summoning the entity, which comes for them over a three-day period. La Sombra discovers that Amanda and her friends performed this ritual just before she disappeared. The film shows how the power of existential dread and belief can thin the line between reality and madness.

“Memories of Murder” is a Korean crime drama based on the true story of Korea's first serial murder case, which occurred between 1986 and 1991 in the rural town of Hwaseong.

The story follows two detectives, Park Do-man (Song Gang-ho) and Seo Tae-yun (Kim Sang-kyung), both from Seoul, as they work together to solve the case and encounter a variety of challenges, including false leads, police corruption, and lack of forensic technology.
