“S-words? (cutting edge theme!)”

Hello, Strands fans! Contrary to the theme “S-Words? (Cutting edge theme!)” - There is only one answer that starts with “S” Rather, you need to remove the hyphen

Thankfully, I noticed this immediately when I saw the word CLAYMORE spelled across the top line

I was somewhat worried that my knowledge of swords would end here, but I was able to spell BLADES spangram backwards in the middle, which made it much easier to split the board in two

I could see SCIMITAR in the lower right corner and KATANA to its left I tried to make the last letter PAIRER (like a pairing knife, I guess), but it was actually RAPIER

Turning to the upper half, only two answers remained I found CUTLASS between the spangram and CLAYMORE, leaving MACHETE on the left to complete the puzzle
