Top 10 Prime Video Movies - Here are 3 worth watching now

The fireworks may be over, but this year's blockbuster movies are still gracing Prime Video's Top 10. Whenever I'm not sure what to watch over the holidays, I turn to Prime Video's Top 10 Most Watched Movies.

Of course, not everything on there will be a hit, but it's a good place to start. And if you need help figuring out which Top 10 movies are actually worth promoting, we've got you covered. Including the high-octane prequel to Mad Max: Death Road to Rage, Guy Ritchie's latest spy action comedy, and one of the best patriotic films to watch on Independence Day.

This list is based on the Prime Video Top 10 Movies list as of 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 6. So without further ado, here are my top movies...

Come on, warriors (and warriors!) ), it's time to gather up and witness Furiosa: The Mad Max Saga from the comfort of your own home. Anja Taylor-Joy plays the role of young Furiosa, who lives in the "green land of Mother Nature" before it becomes the desolate desert seen in "Fury Road". Until marauders led by warlord Dementas (Chris Hemsworth) capture her while foraging for food and violently destroy her world. [But after a bloody battle with the War Boys led by Immortan Joe (Lacey Hulme), he offers Furiosa as a sign of peace. As Furiosa rises through the ranks of the Citadel, she bonds with her chauffeur partner, Praetorian Jack (Tom Burke), and together they plot their escape just as Dementas jumps back into her life.

What better way to celebrate this Fourth of July than to exercise your inalienable right to watch Will Smith kick alien ass? Roland Emmerich's 1996 sci-fi blockbuster is as fun to watch today as it was when it was released, and Bill Pullman's iconic presidential address, "We will not go quietly into the night," is one of the greatest moments in film history.

More than America's future is at stake when alien invaders attack Earth. Humans form a resistance force to face the onslaught, but they are overwhelmingly outnumbered. Smith plays a Marine pilot who finds himself in the middle of it all when he accidentally has a close encounter with one of the aliens. He, along with Jeff Goldblum and Randy Quaid, play a different flavor of the typical American hero.

Guy Ritchie has struck again with great success in his latest film, "The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Service." It has everything one would expect from this legendary director: over-the-top characters, expertly directed action scenes, and lavish sets.

Inspired by the true story of a secret group of British soldiers during World War II, this (much fictionalized) portrait of a special operations execution unit follows Winston Churchill (Rory Kinnear) as he uses unconventional methods to turn the tide of war by employing a ragtag team of operatives The film depicts him employing a team of operatives. Starring Henry Cavill, Eiza González, Alan Ritchson, Henry Golding, and Alex Pettyfer, "The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare" is a pulpy war movie packed with entertaining action. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a good popcorn movie, this is an enjoyable film.
