"Looking good"

Hello Strands fans! To be honest, I am not at all convinced by this puzzle. The one about fashion is probably not for me, but some terms are certainly not even in my normal vocabulary!

Fortunately, POSH is now showing up on the board as I search for "clue words".

Later, when I was able to spell the word "fashion," I was astonished that it was not spangram. Sure enough, I spelled out "FASHIONISTA" and was able to split the board in two.

Even with that help, I struggled. The double "Z" in the lower right corner was a big help, as it allowed me to get SNAZZY and establish that this was a word of praise for the outfit... I think.

Whether it was right or not, I was able to use that launch pad to find other answers: right above SNAZZY was SWANK, and next to it was the word DRIPPY. This word is so far outside my age range that anyone around me would visibly cringe if I uttered it.

With the bottom half done, I could quickly move on to the top segment where I found CHIC and SPIFFY above it. I then wrote DAPPER backwards to complete the puzzle.
