We can't wait for Season 3 of "The Bear," but thanks to a last-minute change in release date, we no longer have to wait.

I have been looking forward to "The Bear" Season 3 ever since it was renewed. In my eyes, this FX drama deserves every accolade it has received since the series' inception in 2022.

The first two seasons were a true recipe for success, weaving together intelligent and emotional writing with excellent ensemble acting to deliver two seasons of incredibly engaging television After 18 episodes worth of top notch entertainment, I have no doubt that "The Bear" Season 3 will once again I had no doubt that it would deliver great television, and I was counting down the days until its June 27 release date. [I will be sitting on my couch to see what challenges Carmie (Jeremy Allen White), Sydney (Ayo Edibili), and the rest of the team will face this time around.

If you have a similar appetite for more Emmy-winning series, you'll be pleased to know that "The Bear" Season 3 will premiere a little earlier than expected. Earlier in the week, FX confirmed that the show will premiere three hours earlier than expected.

This means that all 10 episodes of the Hulu series will be available for streaming." All 10 episodes of "The Bear" Season 3 will be available tonight (Wednesday, June 26) at 6pm PT/9pm ET.

It will not be available in the U.S., but don't worry: FX has confirmed that the entire series will be available "at the new time" on Disney Plus in the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Gibraltar, Balkans, Singapore, Philippines and Hong Kong. Other regions will begin "at a later date."

If you haven't checked it out yet, "The Bear" revolves around a family-owned Chicago sandwich store. After her brother takes his own life, fine dining chef Carmen "Carmie" Berzat leaves the world of fine dining and takes over the original Chicago beef.

While trying to deal with his own pain, he juggles the stress of running a restaurant, dealing with debt, and dealing with a staff that rebels against his new management methods.

*spoiler*

In the third season, Carmie, Sydney, and manager Richie (Evon Moss-Backlash) are doing everything they can to elevate their newly renovated restaurant into a fine dining establishment known as "The Bear."

According to the synopsis, the new chapter will "push the crew to a new level and stress the bonds that hold the restaurant together. The team welcomes new members, but will face greater challenges as the entire staff continues to fight for higher standards and struggle to stay in business.

The answer is yes, 100%. Absolutely. Christopher Stoller's work has been one of my favorite shows of the past two years, largely because it succeeds on both fronts as a comedic drama.

Yes, "The Bear" clearly succeeds in finding laughs in a stressful environment, but it does so while deftly handling a variety of sensitive topics and navigating deeply intimate relationships. I don't want to spoil too much of what happens to each member of the team. Because there is a joy in experiencing each character's story.

"The Bear" takes us into a powder keg environment, but uses the restaurant setting as a springboard to examine issues of grief, anxiety, family dynamics, and business woes. It would be hard to find anyone who is not enthralled by this work.

If you don't want to take my word for it, the show has an almost perfect 99% critics' rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The site's critical consensus for season one of The Bear is this: like a skillfully crafted sandwich, The Bear assembles a melange of perfect ingredients and stacks them for optimal satisfaction.

The show's critical reception has been matched by serious success on the awards circuit. In its first two seasons, the show won more than 10 Emmys and four Golden Globes, and in 2023 won the award for Best Television Series (Musical or Comedy).
