Google is making big changes to Chrome to make searching from your iPhone or Android phone as easy as it is on your laptop

In a new blog post, search giant Google will add new Chrome actions for businesses, suggested shortcuts in search results, a redesigned address bar on tablets, and several other new updates to improve search on mobile devices Revealed

Searching for local businesses will soon be even easier thanks to new Chrome Actions designed to save you time For example, if you are searching for a restaurant, you can use the new shortcut buttons to call, get directions, or read reviews This allows you to do more with fewer taps on your smartphone

Google Chrome's address bar on Android and iOS will receive a similar upgrade, but with a more personalized touch Instead of typing in exactly what you want, Google's browser will now show you past websites based on what you type into the address bar on your phone's browser

For example, say you type "schedule" to see City Metro bus times With this new feature, City Metro will appear at the top of your search suggestions every time you search for "schedule"
