Hey Strands fans Unlike some of the recent puzzles, today's Strands was a breeze to solve; the phrase "That's my jam!" immediately made me think of music, but I was convinced when I saw the double 'Z' on the right side, which is part of JAZZ
From there the variety of music went on and on: the top half of the board had BLUES, SALSA, and SOUL, the bottom left had COUNTRY, DISCO was just to the right of that, and the bottom right had SOUL, with the music of the day, "Jazz" was on the right
I had enough information to get a spangram long ago, but sometimes I get carried away with the actual solution, so I connected FOLK to finish the bottom half of the board Now I had the last six letters of the spangram: from left to right I typed MUSICGENRES
Typed MUSICGENRES from left to right, spelling ROCK backwards from the left side, completing the puzzle in perhaps the fastest time ever
