The 5 Best Peacock Mini-Series To Watch This Weekend

Peacock believes it is one of the best streaming services at the moment due to its relatively inexpensive cost and the growing range of popular shows and sports for streamers.1

However, with so many streaming services offering so many new and old titles, it can be difficult to match what you actually want to see. Sometimes you just do not have time to squash in one of the many many shows of the season many available these days.

This British series is a semi・fictional adaptation of Dolly Alderton's memoir of the same name, centered on childhood friends Maggie (Emma Appleton) and Vardy (Belle Pauley) who moved to a London houseshare in 2012 to spin a story about surviving your 20s. He has been working on the project for several years. 

Mainly, the series looks at how their relationship evolves when 4 people face all the ups and downs of life, looking at whether their friendship can survive when they navigate bad dates and heartache.

Based on the book of the same name by Heather Morris, "The Tattooist of Auschwitz" tells the story of 2 Jewish Holocaust survivors, Lari and Gita Sokolov (Jonah Hauer King and Anna Prochiniak). 

Shortly after arriving at Auschwitz-Birkenau in 1942, Lari became one of the tätowierer (tattooists) to fill in ID numbers on the arms of other prisoners. One day he met Geeta doing exactly that; they grow determined to fall in love and keep each other alive. The series is assembled 60 years later, when Lari (now played by Harvey Keitel), who has recently become a widow, meets Heather Morris (Melanie Linsky) and finds the courage to tell his story.

This 9-part series unravels the harrowing true story of the Broberg family. Their daughter, Jan (McKenna Grace), was kidnapped many times in the 1970s by someone they believed to be a trusted family friend. 

The Peacock series explores how Robert Berchtold (Jake Lacy) impersonates a kind neighbor, employs sophisticated tactics to exploit vulnerabilities, and turns Jan aginst into his own family. Ultimately, the series shows how Broberg's life changed forever by experience, but also how they survived.

"Bupkis" became a mini・series for Peacock as star Pete Davidson decided not to continue the semi-autobiographical comedy, even though Peacock wanted to take it back for another round.

The show revolves around a fictional version of a former SNL castmate. We follow him, having moved home back to Staten Island, as he handles some unfortunate family news and grapples with his career, relationships and happiness in an increasingly surreal version of the world around us.

"Resort" is billed as a "multigenerational adult love story" disguised as a fast-paced mystery about the disappointment of time..It follows the couple Noah (William Jackson Harper) and Emma (Christine Miloti) vacationing on the Mayan Riviera on their 10th anniversary vacation.

The pair already had different feelings about their relationship (Noah is happy with how things are, but Emma is not), but the trip quickly puts them to the test as they are drawn to a strange Yucatan unsolved mystery involving the disappearance of two young people over a decade ago.
