Top 3 New Shows Available This Week on Netflix, Hulu, TV and More (June 17-23)

Beat the heat with new shows premiering this week on Netflix, Hulu, other streaming services, and broadcast and cable channels.

This week's lineup of new shows is a bit scanty after the blockbuster success of "The Boys" and "House of the Dragon". Still, there are some great new releases this week, led by the sequel series "Orphan Black: Echoes." Plus, the Canadian comedy "Shoresy" returns for Season 3, and "America's Sweethearts" gives the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders the documentary treatment. Here are the top new shows to check out this week.

Go, Fight, Win: ...... The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders will be in the spotlight in this documentary from the production team behind Cheer, which follows the 2023-2024 team from auditions to training camp to the end of the NFL season. Viewers will have unfettered access to this iconic group through seven episodes: "They have to look like supermodels but perform like athletes." Yee-haw!

Available on Netflix on Thursday, June 20 at 3 a.m. ET

For a fictional peek inside the inner workings of a sports team, the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs, a minor league hockey team competing in the national senior tournament, "The Letterkenny" spin-off's third season. As usual, the Bulldogs will be F-bombing and occasionally punching opposing players from teams like the Charlottetown Reds, Brooks Barrelmen, Vaughn Kanadesi, and SOO Hunt. The Bulldogs will have to dig deep to succeed in a game they can never lose again.

The world of "Orphan Black" expands in this sequel series that continues to explore the possibilities, dangers, and ethics of human cloning. Starring Krysten Ritter as Lucy, a woman with no memory of who she is or where she came from. She lives a quiet life in the countryside, her only connection being her boyfriend Jack (Avan Jogia) and his deaf daughter. She is sought out by many, including Dr. Kira Manning (Keely Hawes) - the grown daughter of Sarah Manning, played by Tatiana Maslany in the original version. Lucy's mysterious origins put her and her friends in danger, and she must find a way to make everything right again.

Premieres Sunday, June 23 at 10 p.m. ET on AMC (via Sling or Fubo)
