The streaming world could be a brutal place. Sometimes, a must-see show can fail to find their audience and get chops, even if they are seriously worth the watch.

"Reign of the Scavengers" is one of 1 such shows. It is an animated sci-fi survival drama that originally debuted at Max on May 10 last year. Despite attracting incredible praise from viewers and critics, the show was canceled just a few weeks ago after just 1 season... But there is hope it can get a second life with another one of the very best streaming services.

Friday 5/31, "Scavengers Reign" arrived on Netflix in several regions, including the UK and US.. Longtime fans are now desperately encouraging viewers to try out the show, especially watching as there is some hope that Netflix might be interested in picking it up for the second season.

"Scavengers Reign" is an animated sci-fi series by filmmakers Joseph Bennett and Charles Huettner, who co-produced the show after previously producing the 2016 animated short "Scavengers."The 12-episode series follows the surviving crew of an interstellar cargo ship stranded in an unforgiving new world. 

After Demeter 227 is damaged, our survivors are stranded and fighting for survival on the strange alien planet of Vista Minor. It is a beautiful, breathtaking world that thrives without human interference (until now).

Divided on Earth, our crew will have to adapt to many challenges (individuals or planets) and face their terrifying creatures as they wait for rescue.

"Scavengers Reign" currently holds a perfect 100% score from Rotten Tomatoes professional critics, with a total of 22 reviews (including the best of the best). "I'm not going to be able to do that," he said. 

RT's critical consensus is that "Disturbing and wondrous, the world in which 'The Scavenger Reign' was realized vividly beckons exploration as well by its marooned characters and TV viewers" In the review, you will see universal admiration for the show's beautiful, apparently alien visuals, many of whom have been praised by viewers. "Winning," "mysterious," and "unique" the show

the audience score is slightly lower at 94%, but considering that it is an aggregate rating from over 250 viewership, it is almost the same as its perfect 100% score

"enchanting," "intelligent," and "beautiful" are among the top categories of audience reviews. This is some of the most common buzzwords out there, and some Out and Out have declared "The Reign of the Scavengers" as one of the best sci-fi shows out there. Some of the show's critics were forced to praise the visuals, even if they were not fans of the overall mood. 

As a UK-based writer, I admit I didn't turn to "The Reign of the Scavengers" until I debuted on Netflix. And while I was able to check out a few episodes, I'm already hooked.  

This is a science fiction that openly enjoys how alien the universe is. It is beautifully drawn and conjures up a fascinating and terrifying landscape where the stakes feel so high for our crew from the start. I literally can't wait to see what the show still has in store.
