Netflix just wrapped up one of its most underrated fantasy shows — and its 91% Rotten Tomatoes

Netflix boasts an impressive range of fantasy shows that range in style from "The Witcher" to "Wednesday." As of today (6/6/1), one of the Streamer's fantasy saga has ended. Fortunately, it sounds like the "sweet tooth" is stuck landing.

The post-apocalyptic story is loosely based on a series of the same name from the Canadian comic book author, Jeff Lemire, Gus (Christian Convery), good to the virus outbreak, but when this Chapter 3 and final Chapter arrive, we can finally see how the Gus journey is closed.

Trying to determine if "Sweet Tooth" Season 3 is about to be your next binge. Here's what you need to know about the final season of the show.

"sweet tooth" is a post-apocalyptic fa in a world ravaged by a pandemic of the virus known as "disease" (or H5G9 virus).

This wiped out most of the population; at the same time, new babies began to be born as hybrid children and had some animal characteristics. . Our story revolves around Gus, a 10-year-old part deer part human boy.

Gus lives a sheltered life in the wilderness with his father, but when his father died and a fire broke out in his house, he set off for Colorado in search of his mother, where he saved him from several hunters and (reluctantly) joined the lonely Jepperd (Nonso Anozie) who accompanied him on his quest.

Spoiler Alert: We're going to share some details about what happens in this new season so you're not all caught up

"Sweet Tooth" Season 3 ends the journey of Gas, and Gus, Jeppard, and the other characters he's ever met on adventures. Pick up where you last left some of the allies who were killed. They are off on a trip to Alaska, trying to link with his mother, who has been hard at work trying to uncover the origin of the disease. Along the way, they connect with Dr. Singh (Adeel Akhtar), who has his own ideas about his role in reversing gas and viruses.

There is also the issue of a cruel new threat in the form of Helen Chang (Rosalind Chao). She is trying to eradicate the hybrid and resume human childbirth, joined by her daughter Rosie (Kelly Marie Tran) and their "wolf boy".

"Sweet Tooth" Season 3 has just landed on Netflix, so the third and final chapters of the show have not yet earned individual ratings on review aggregation site Rotten Tomatoes. But for the whole show, the critical rating is now 91%. Season 1 earned a very impressive 97% approval rating, and the second season still came in at a good 86%.

However, there are already some new season reviews online, even though there are no Season 3 rankings yet. Here's what some critics have to say about "Sweet Tooth" Season 3:

Alan French of FandomWire said, "There are many ways a comic book adaptation could lose its way, but the three-season arc of "Sweet Tooth" will go down as one of Netflix's best shows," offering concrete praise for the cast's performance and the practical effects of the series. He signed a major contract at 8-10 and entered the active roster.

Writing for Collider, Ross Bonaime said the season featured "a pitch-perfect performance by conclusion and Convery that rewarded this story in a fun way" and described the final installment as a "slightly bumpy ride" but "worthwhile" watch. He signed a major contract at 7-10 and entered the active roster.

IGN's Samantha Nelson wasn't that free; she gave it to 6/10, claiming that Season 3 introduced "too many new characters" and offered "satisfactory answers" to some of the show's mysteries, but she said it was all still "beautiful and satisfying." He said he was building on "a few finales."

If you're in the market for apocalyptic drama, but have a sweet moment and a tone that isn't too completely bleak, add "Sweet Tooth" to your watchlist. I'm a certified fantasy dork, and I got to the show recently (I was skeptical that it might be aimed at younger audiences), but I'm a show seemingly Netflix

Even if it suffers from some lingering issues, early critical opinions suggest that the series wraps up the story of Gas in a satisfying way. You can now find all 3 seasons of "Sweet Tooth" on Netflix.
