Kaley Cuoco may be best known for her work on "The Big Bang Theory," but she already had a pretty impressive resume before she hooked up with the role. When that happens, she must clear the evidence of her connection to the body before wearing her Sherlock Holmes hat to figure out exactly what has happened — which ultimately leads her to CIA work. Not everyone loves Cuoco's "charming" character Billie, but fans certainly remember her and have passionate opinions. To be fair, it's not exactly Billy's fault, nor Cuoco's fault, and not all fans are with her. She joined the series in Season 8 about the 3 Halliwell Sisters and their witch-like ways of fighting demons - it was the last. 

The network's last ditch efforts to shoehorn characters into a sluggish show's plot are usually met with ridicule. But during re-viewing, she's not as bad as fans once thought. At the end of the day, Billy brings something fascinating together when they are ready to give up the fight against evil. It does not matter.
