Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Ring Key specifications just leaked — here's what we know

Samsung has yet to confirm when the next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place, but we know it will soon launch the next generation of foldable. Especially since 2 long-awaited Samsung Galaxy products have just passed the FCC.

MySmartPrice discovered test records for the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Samsung Galaxy Ring — along with some important details about what these devices offer. This includes battery capacity and in what size the Galaxy Ring is available.

According to FCC record screenshots, the Galaxy Z Flip6 is set to have a 3,790 mAh battery. This is slightly higher than the 3,700mAh Galaxy Z Flip5, but it's not clear if it will lead to an extended battery life. Given that Snapdragon 8GEN3 is more efficient than Z Flip5's Gen2 chipset, we may see some improvements.

Then again we might not, and until we got hold of the phone for ourselves and did some testing in Tom's Guide Lab, but had heard rumors about the possibility of a 4,000mAh battery, so it's a pity that the upgraded capacity is so small. As for the Galaxy ring, the FCC has revealed that you can buy a ring with a battery size of 17mAh and a size 5-12. 18.5mAh and 22mAh. Its battery size all depends on which size ring you buy, with the larger model offering more room for extra battery capacity. Samsung has promised that this battery will last up to 9 days, but before we can say for sure, we need to do some of our own tests.

The next Galaxy Unpacked is rumored to take place on 7/10 and we expect Samsung to unveil the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Z Fold6. And you can even watch the Galaxy Ring appear to be taking part in those foldable, and the new Galaxy Watch coming up for a ride.
