The battery size of both the iPhone16Pro and iPhone16Pro Max was reportedly revealed in a new video posted on social media.

The news comes from a post on X by user @lipilipsi (via AppleInsider) who revealed a video showing the metal-shell L-shaped battery for apple's next-generation iPhone. According to the post, the iPhone16Pro will have a 3,577mAh battery and the iPhone16Pro Max will have a 4,747mAh battery. 

These numbers, if accurate, increase slightly from the current iPhone3, 274pRo with a battery size of 15mAh and the iPhone15Pro Max with a size of 4,422 mAh. However, leaker does not have the best track record and the video of the post is not sourced, but the numbers are somewhat consistent with the rumors we have already heard.

In May, there was a leak that announced the battery size of each model of the iphone416. According to that post, the battery size of the iPhone16 will be 3,355mAh, and the battery size of the iPhone16Pro Max will be 4,676 mAh. These numbers would probably mean longer battery life, but that's only half the story.

Another tipster appears to confirm earlier rumors, saying the iPhone16Pro Max could get up to 30 hours of battery life. However, I imagine that this 30-hour claim applies to the iPhone16Pro Max model. This improved battery life is due to a new battery with potentially high energy density, which means more milliampere-hour battery capacity in the same area, which means higher capacity and hopefully longer battery life.

We can only wait for the official iPhone16 release because all the numbers we're looking for for the battery seem likely, let's listen to all the news and rumors, keeping an eye on the iphone16Pro and iPhone16Pro Max hubs, perhaps specifications and har-between that.
