The first teaser for the upcoming "The Witcher" Season 4 is released and features the audience's first official appearance at Liam Hemsworth as Livia's iconic Geralt. 

Hemsworth was announced in 2022 as a replacement for former Geralt actor Henry Cavill.When the former actor issued a statement about the new actor: "I pass the torch in honor of the time spent embodying Geralt and the enthusiasm to see Liam's take on this most charming and subtle man.

The teaser begins with some established shots of the world of "The Witcher", obscuring our first look at the new actor as he walks with a horse As the pre-camera of the water shifts, before approaching the character from behind, a close-up of Geralt's iconic pendant is visible and very familiar. Focus on white hair. We then see Hemsworth's face for the first time in character as he looks on his shoulders. 

The clip is only 1 minute long and has no dialogue or hints about what "The Witcher" Season 4 is about. Some may wish to return to the plot of the book where the new season inspired the franchise, but with some major changes made in Seasons 2 and 3, and it became clear that the TV show was forging its own path independent of the original source material, fans have become creators and showrunners. You have to wait and see what Lauren Schmidt Hislich has cooked for this season.

There is still no release date for "The Witcher" season 4, but given that production is still in progress, there is a possibility of a 2025 debut for this new season. 

Season 5 of the series has been confirmed to be its last outing, and has been filmed back-to-back in Season 4.This means that fans will not have to wait long for the final episode of "The Witcher," which could arrive in 2026. 

Fan reactions to Hemsworth's replacement of henry Cavill have been very mixed since it was first announced in 2022. Still, hopefully the actor will be able to rise to the challenge and help the series end strongly for its last 2 seasons.
