"Knife Out 3" finally has a Netflix title and release date — ready for the most dangerous cases yet

Are you ready for another mystery? Now, given that the release date and title of Daniel Craig's upcoming Netflix movie has finally been revealed, you'd be better off. "Knife Out" was the first film to launch the murder mystery franchise of Leanne Johnson, which featured the famous detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig). Then came the "glass onion," another great success focused on another group of characters involved in a very perplexing crime.

Now we have a third film titled "Wake Up Dead Man" that makes this mystery movie more.... Mysterious... The name Reveal did not provide details of the plot, but it can give insight into what to expect. We know that the first film had a huge display of knives, and the second film featured a large conservatory-shaped building shaped like a glass onion, so it should mean that the meaning of "Wake Up Dead Man" is hidden in obvious sight.

The next "Knife Out" mystery could introduce some haunting aspects, like Poirot's "The Haunting of Venice.""A new group of suspects could see the victim appear after the supposed death, or Bran to find the true killer a potential death, of course, these are just theories now based only on names.

"Knife Out 3" is expected to be released on Netflix in 2025. Johnson has signed 2 sequel agreements with Netflix to distribute the upcoming film in the franchise. It's unclear whether this mystery thriller will also arrive in theaters for such a short run as "Glass Onion.""

In the 45-second video, we hear Daniel Craig offer a few words about the upcoming film in his southern account: "At the beginning, the knife came out and then, behold, the glass shattered. But my most dangerous case is still about to be revealed.Referring to the first two titles, he suggests that the meaning of the third film is staring us right in the face — we know what it is still

Judging by the short clip, it seems very dark and mysterious. The first 2 films were more comedic and colorful, but if Bran really is to face his "most dangerous crime," this time he might be on a different path."Even the Gothic fonts and coffins in the background suggest a potential setting and lead me to believe that it's London in England.

No other cast members have been announced, no teaser trailer or synopsis. In the meantime, we can continue to investigate the little tips given to us, but not so long until we receive more information from Netflix and Johnson.

Johnson actually issued a statement on Twitter (X): "I love everything about whodunnits, but what I love the most is that I love it." One of the most exciting things about making a Benoit Blanc movie is that we are about to get into production with the 3rd one and I share the title that gives a little hint of where it's going. I'm very, very excited to be here.

"Wake Up Dead Man" will be released on Netflix in 2025. Currently, you can stream "Knives Out" on Prime Video and the 2nd movie "Glass Onion" on Netflix.
