The third day of the TV up front involved companies like Warner Bros. Discovery, Netflix and YouTube. So many things are announced and confirmed, news is flooding all possible sites on the Internet, and yes, it's overwhelming (in the best way). 

However, one noticeable announcement that made my entire year was the release date and teaser trailer for the original prequel series "Dune: Prophecy," set to stream on Max, both "Dune" films were a huge success because they perfectly captured the essence of Frank Herbert's science fiction novel. From visually pleasing planets to incredible character development, Denis Villeneuve's films are something everyone should experience. Now we can see even more in the 6-episode season.

Casey Bloys, Chairman and CEO of Hbo and Max Content, was the first to see what to expect on this long-awaited show. 

To put it straight, the trailer looks absolutely stunning, not to mention thrilling. Instantly from warm tones and evocative ambient music, we know it's in the world of "Dune"."Shots like spaceships, costumes and cults throw us into this universe while giving us a brief insight into what is coming. 

The official synopsis is:"10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, Dune: Prophecy follows the 2 Halkonen sisters who fight against forces that threaten the future of mankind and establish a legendary sect known as Bene Gesserit.

"Dunes: Prophecy" is inspired by the novel "Sisters of the Dunes" written by Brian Herbert (son of Frank Herbert) and Kevin J. Anderson. This is a prequel series, so you won't see actors like Timothy Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson or Zendaya. 

"Dune: Prophecy" is expected to be released this fall, but a specific date has not yet been revealed. All we know is that this series is only a few months away and it won't take long to get the right trailer. 

For now, we know some plot details and who is involved. Confirmed cast members include Emily Watson as Valia Halkonen, Olivia Williams as Tula Halkonen, Travis Finmel as Desmond Hart, Josh Houston as Constantine Corino, and Lady Gaga as Empress Natalia. These include Jodie May as Emperor of Habico, Mark Strong as Emperor of Habico, and Faoyrian Cunningham as Sister Jen. 

Other names include Aoife Hinds, Sarah-Sophie Boussnina, Chloe Lea, Jade Anouka, Edward Davis, Chris Mason, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Jihae, Tabu, Charithra Chandran, Jessica Barden, Emma Canning, and Yerin Ha. 

For now, "Dune:Prophecy" has a release date window for the 9th, 10th, or 11th of the year. It is the original series, so it will be streamed in Max.
