Well, the movie "Upgrade" perfectly captures this type of body horror and has just been added to Netflix. 

"Upgrade" is a cyberpunk action thriller that keeps your attention for one hour and forty minutes. I assure you that you will be glued to the screen and shocked and slightly disturbed about the way technology dominates humans in such horrible ways that Logan Marshall-Green, known for other projects such as "The Invitation" and "Prometheus," plays a traumatized, paralyzed man who has no choice but to rely on AI.

But the billionaire inventor provides Gray with a computer chip implant that essentially "cures" him.

This intense thriller is directed and directed by Leighwannell, who also worked on some of James Wan's films, such as "Saw," "Insidious," and "The Invisible Man." It was written and written.
