Fortnite" fans rejoice - Epic is bringing it back to the iPad in the EU.

Epic Games owns Fortnite, one of the most successful video game franchises in the world. However, despite its huge popularity, Fortnite is not available for download on iOS, one of the world's most popular gaming platforms. This is due to problems between Apple and Epic. However, now that the Digital Markets Act requires Apple to open its iPhone and iPad devices to the E.U.'s external app store, Fortnite is ready to make a comeback on Apple's mobile platform.

First, Epic announced in January, when the Digital Markets Act began to take effect in the E.U., that its popular battle royale would return on the iPhone. Now, the company has announced that it plans to offer the game on the iPad later this year, again on the X.

The company has also announced that it plans to bring the game to the iPad later this year.

"We are moving full steam ahead to bring Fortnite and the Epic Games Store to the iPhone in the EU soon and to the iPad later this year.

The company has not announced an exact date for the iPhone or iPad versions, but it is exciting to know that the game will be available on Apple devices sometime in 2024. for Fortnite fans using an iPhone or iPad nothing but good news.

Of course, if you are outside the E.U., where the Digital Markets Act is in effect, you will not be able to play Fortnite on your iPhone or iPad. This may eventually change if the U.S. or other governments adopt similar rules, but for now, users outside of Europe remain locked into Apple's App Store.

It is possible that Apple and Epic will resolve the issue. However, since this first happened several years ago and there has been no movement toward a resolution, I do not believe it will happen.
