The month of May in Peacock will be filled with some pretty major live events, including the annual Eurovision Song Contest and two sports celebrations, the Kentucky Derby and the Indianapolis 500. This year marks the 150th Kentucky horse race and the 108th Indiana horse race. [In addition to the season premieres of NBC's "America's Got Talent" and Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," the season finale of the "Real Housewives" spin-off "Vanderpump Rules," " Expanded Uncut Edition" will air. Peacock's own reality show "Love Undercover" premieres and follows superstar soccer players as they try to find love without revealing their identities.

This is what happened to two Jewish inmates at the Auschwitz concentration camp during World War II. This limited series is adapted from Heather Morris' best-selling novel about the enduring romance between Holocaust survivors Lali (Jonah Hauer-King) and Gita Sokolov (Anna Prochniak).

Morris herself is a character in the show, played by Melanie Linsky, who appears in a scene where she interviews an elderly Lari (Harvey Keitel) about her relationship with Gita, just as the real Morris did in researching her book. Through flashbacks, the trials that Lali and Gita went through to stay together are depicted. Thanks to his small position as an attendant who tattoos numbers on inmates, Lali is able to keep them safe while holding out hope for their freedom.

Although a nearly 70-year-old tradition in Europe, this international music contest has been slow to catch on in the US. Nevertheless, its popularity has grown as it has become easier to watch in the U.S. Peacock has been live streaming the event annually since 2021. This year's contest received entries from 37 countries in Europe and the surrounding region, hoping to outdo last year's winner, Swedish singer Loreen's "Tattoo."

Since Loreen won last year, this year's contest will be held in Malmö, Sweden, with Ollie Alexander of the pop band Years & Years representing Great Britain and returning musicians from Moldova and Iceland vying for the title. Eurovision's glittering pop aesthetic is pure cheese and is steadily winning over American fans. [It's been almost three years since the first season of this hilarious British comedy streamed on Peacock.

In the second season, the band will complete their first UK tour and begin recording an album. They are also still dealing with the awkward life offstage and trying to balance their musical ambitions with family and home. Creator Nida Manzur promises more original music this season, along with a selection of cover songs, as the band members struggle to find their own definition of success.
