The new month means more new movies coming out on the best streaming services, including Netflix and Max. But with so many films on offer, figuring out what to watch can be a headache in itself. To make your next movie-going experience unforgettable, here's a roundup of hits and misses, including the new comedy "Unfrosted," starring Jerry Seinfeld, now on Netflix. It tells the not-so-true story of how a Pop Tart changed breakfast forever. Prime Video also has "The Idea of You. Anne Hathaway stars in this boy band romance comedy as a single mother who falls in dizzying love with an international pop star half her age.

"What about Pop Tarts?" is a question that Jerry Seinfeld might ask in stand-up. The legendary comedy writer makes his directorial debut this month with Netflix's Unfrosted. This gorgeous comedy tells the story of the fictional origins of America's favorite breakfast pastry, the Pop-Tart. Fun fact: "Unfrosted" is from the same crazy writing team behind "The Bee Movie."

In the 1960s, two breakfast giants, Kellogg's and Post, were engaged in a fierce battle for supremacy over the morning meal. Kellogg's employee Bob Cavanagh ("My Neighbor Seinfeld") creates a secret weapon that could turn the tide and change breakfast forever. The film stars top-notch comedic talent, including Melissa McCarthy, Amy Schumer, Jim Gaffigan, Bill Burr, Peter Dinklage, Max Greenfield, and Hugh Grant.

John Green's best-selling novel Turtles All the Way Down is the latest young adult novel to be made into a film. Directed by Hannah Marks, the film follows Aza Holmes (Isabella Merced), a teenager suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder, as she tries to cope with the daily drama of high school life without letting intrusive thoughts and crippling fears rule her life. She is accompanied by her best friend Daisy (Cree Ciccino), her love interest Davis (Felix Mallard), and her supportive mother (Judy Reyes).

In addition to the roller coaster ride of adolescence, Aza is also involved in the pursuit of a local billionaire who has gone missing in the course of a criminal investigation. Fans of Greene's other films, such as "It's Not the Stars" and "Paper Towns," will definitely want to check this one out.

Who doesn't love a good rom-com? The Idea of You hits Prime Video this week after an impressive debut at South by Southwest earlier this year. It already has a 90% critical rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Adapted from Robynne Lee's hit novel, this boy-band rom-com stars Anne Hathaway as Solène, a 40-year-old single mother who is forced to leave her family's home in the middle of the night to go to a festival. At a festival, she runs into Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine), the twenty-something lead singer of August Moon, the most popular boy band in the world. The chemistry is immediate, and despite the fact that they belong to different worlds, the two feel a budding romance. As things heat up, Solène finds life on the red carpet difficult, while public pressure puts new hurdles in their relationship.

"The American Society of Magical Negroes" may have bombed at the box office when it opened in theaters in March, but its appearance at the Peacock this week gives this satirical fantasy Hopefully, this week's appearance at the Peacock will bring a second life to this satirical fantasy comedy.

The Society of the same name is a secret organization of blacks with magical powers, committed to reducing the stress of whites and ultimately protecting the black community. A newcomer named Allen, played by Justice Smith of "Pokemon Detective Pikachu" and "Dungeons & Dragons: King of Thieves," is a failed artist. However, when society gets him a job at a major social media platform, he becomes disillusioned when he realizes that he is a diversity adopter and begins to fight back against the flaws in the system. David Alan Greer stars as Allen's mentor Roger in this fantasy film.

The 4K restoration of one of the greatest concert films of all time was released in theaters last fall and is now available for streaming.Directed by Jonathan Demme in 1984, the film is based on Talking Heads' album " Speaking in Tongues, was filmed over four nights at the Pantages Theater in Hollywood during the tour. The concert begins with frontman David Byrne alone on stage and proceeds with the arrival of bassist Tina Weymouth, drummer Chris Frantz, keyboardist/guitarist Jerry Harrison, and other participants. The performance will include the band's early single "Psycho Killer" (1977) and their most recent hit at the time, "Burning Down the House" (1983).

Let's be honest, being a teenager sucks, and "The Edge of Seventeen" doesn't shy away from accurately portraying such an awkward period of adolescence. If you have experienced the tumultuous teenage years, you may be able to relate to this coming-of-age comedy. Don't be surprised if this film brings back bad memories of your youth. It's the type of social embarrassment that makes your skin crawl.

But don't let the cringe factor scare you away, because it's still a wonderfully entertaining comedy. Hailee Steinfeld plays Nadine, a socially awkward teen with a cracked home life whose best friend Krista (Haley Lou Richardson) is her best friend, when Krista starts dating Nadine's frat brother Darian (Blake Jenner), Things take a dramatic turn. At least her obnoxious high school teacher, Mr. Bruner (Woody Harrelson), is on hand to provide questionable guidance.

Filled with Wes Anderson's endlessly creative vision, "Fantastic Mr. Fox" is a quirky film for kids and adults alike. Based on Roald Dahl's children's novel of the same name, the film uses the stop-motion animation style of the crew that animated Tim Burton's "Corpse Bride" to create a cozy fall atmosphere.

George Clooney stars as Mr. Fox, an enterprising fox who makes a living stealing food from three local farmers. It is like stealing candy from a baby, and remains so until the farmers retaliate.
