Netflix New: 5 Movies and Shows to Watch This Week (April 15-21)

Includes the sequel to Zack Snyder's space opera "Rebel Moon."

"Rebel Moon - Part 2: Scar Giver" is a continuation of the first film and follows Cora (Sofia Boutella) and her warriors as they defend the planet Belt from the nefarious Mother World.

Season 6 also sees the return of "The Circle," in which another group of contestants move into small, separate apartments, isolated from each other and the outside world, communicating only via text and social media.

Comedian Jimmy Carr returns with a raunchy Netflix special that challenges cancellation culture, consent, religion, and gun control with biting sarcasm and Jimmy's signature attitude, and insists on breaking the "rules" of comedy that determine what can and cannot be discussed. This is the first special Jimmy has directed, and the visuals and production values are much improved.

There is no doubt that online catfishing exists. The Circle may be the only reality show that promotes it. In Season 6, the new cast members come together to live in a small apartment isolated from the outside world. The only way each cast member can communicate with the others is through texting on a special "social media" account. This season is full of surprises and even features an AI player named Max.

This sequrl to "Rebel Moon - Part 1: Child of Fire" picks up the thread from the first "Rebel Moon" standalone film, in which Kora (Sofia Bueterra) and her army of recruits from across the galaxy Mother World Continuing the story of her fight against the Imperium Rejon. Her enemy, Admiral Atticus Noble (Ed Skrein), is waiting in the wings, and it is up to Kola to destroy this enemy once thought defeated.
