Anime Fans Rejoice - Netflix Adds Six Top-Class Anime Titles Available for Distribution

Netflix has always been one of the best distribution services for all kinds of content. Already loaded with quality anime, the streaming giant is looking to step up its anime game a few notches by adding six top-class titles that will make it an even better destination for those who love to watch anime content.

The streaming distributor has revealed to X six exciting new pieces of anime content coming to its service. The first of these is seasons 1-4 of "My Hero Academia," one of the most popular anime series. In addition, "One Piece Film: Red," "Spy x Family" Season 1, "Haikyuu! Seasons 1-4, "Black Clover" Seasons 1-4, and "Jutsu Kaisen" Season 1.

Netflix's X post leaves some questions unanswered, as the company only revealed that these new content will be on the service during 2024, but did not say exactly when. The company also did not announce whether these shows will be offered exclusively on Netflix or on other streaming services such as Hulu, Crunchyroll, and Funimation. If these are to be exclusively available on Netflix, it could be a major move for the company to become an even stronger force in the animation field.

New anime exclusives are also planned for Netflix, and the streaming service has actually announced the release dates for these. Grim Variations will be available on April 17, Hanma Baki vs. Ashura Kenshi on June 6, and the final part one of Beasters will be available at the end of the year. With these highly anticipated exclusives, anime fans will have even more exciting content to watch.

With the addition of the above content, it will be difficult for streaming services other than Crunchyroll and Funimation, which specialize in anime content, to compete with Netflix; Hulu also offers a lot of anime content, but losing content like "My Hero Academia" Losing content like that could hurt.
