7 New Shows to Watch This Week on TV, Netflix, Hulu and More (Jan. 15-21)

It's chilly outside, but the TV is as hot as ever, with a slew of new shows to watch this week on streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, as well as on broadcast and cable TV.

New shows this week include Jason Momoa's travel series "On the Roam," the murder mystery ensemble drama "Death and Other Details," and the Spanish-language version of "Zorro." In addition, three Dick Wolf "Chicago" shows and three "Law and Order" shows return for new seasons. Here's a guide to the new shows to watch this week.

Hercule Poirot and Benoit Blanc are no more. This mystery series revolves around the brilliant and restless Imogen Scott (Violett Bean) amidst the opulence of the global elite. She finds herself caught in an unfortunate situation (of her own making, of course) and emerges as the prime suspect in a mysterious murder on a restored luxury Mediterranean yacht. The suspects are all overindulged guests on board and the exhausted crew. To prove her innocence, Imogen reluctantly teams up with the incomparable detective Rufus Cotesworth (Mandy Patinkin).

Premieres January 16 at 12:01 a.m. ET on Hulu

Ready to return to "Chicago? All three series in the franchise announce new seasons, led by "Chicago Fire" Season 12, as Fire Station 51 is forced to share space with Fire Station 17, causing tension. An arson case tests the relationship between Kid (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Severide (Taylor Kinney). And Fire Station 51 bids farewell to its friends. Also not to be missed before and after "Fire" are "Chicago Med" Season 9 and "Chicago PD" Season 11.

Momoa goes into his original "dirt bag" mode ("someone who is really in nature and always traveling," he says) to interview artists and craftspeople.

The latest in the spine-chilling thriller limited series is now available. One morning, Lorna Brady (Ruth Wilson) wakes up to find a dead body in her home in the Irish town of Kilkinua. She has no idea who the dead woman is or whether she is involved in what appears to be a murder. Lorna has a long history of sleepwalking and has suffered from the condition since she was separated from her home at the age of 15 and confined to Kilkinure Convent (one of Ireland's infamous Magdalenian women's washing houses). There she gave birth to a daughter, Agnes, who was cruelly taken away and whose fate is still unknown.
